I want to be forced to wear diapers through black mail

I I want to be forced to wear diapers and Chastity for a full year

to be forced to become permanently incontinent of both function and act like a baby

I struggled with bed wetting as achild and then it went away.  when I was 21 it returned for and I began weariing diapers to control it.   I again went away but returned about 4 yrs. ago and still exists about 5 or 6 nights per week.  I gave up trying to fight it and just let it be.  over the yrs of diaper use I've become kinda fond of them..along with the bedwetting issues I've developed a very sensitve bladder to certain food and drinks so I spend about 50% of my time in diapers.    seriously thinking about giving up the fight and going 24/7.  But not sure my wife would alow it.
